Intervises facilitates this workshop to define issues and challenges our clients face with technology initiatives and create a plan to promote progress. IJS is a flexible program that can be conducted in a half-day session or a weeklong session depending on our clients' needs.
The key objectives of the IJS are:

High-Level Business Requirements - description of requirements and benefits.

Technology Architecture Roadmap - definition of existing technology environment and future direction.
Critical Success Factors - identification of specific components of the plan that must occur for this initiative to be successful.
High Level Risks - list of potential problems and unknowns that could adversely impact the initiative.
Timeframe - identification of factors and events that are driving the implementation time frame.
Quick Hits - identification of areas in which a short tem process change and/or technology implementation would have an immediate impact to the business.
Intervise provides a tangible deliverable after the session, which contains relevant information captured during the session and additional analysis by our consultants.
